At MITSLA, managed IT plans run from $39.99 to $59.99 per user per month, and cybersecurity is included at no extra cost. Hands-on support, whether onsite or remote, is billed separately at $150 per hour in 15-minute increments.

Your monthly total depends on three things: how many users you have, which plan you choose, and how much hands-on support you need. A 20-person office on our most popular plan, for example, pays about $1,000 per month before any support hours.

We offer three plans, each building on the one before it:

  • Basic ($39.99 per user): Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace backup and recovery, cloud detection and response, advanced email security, security awareness training, phishing simulations, dark web monitoring, a password manager, and a client portal.
  • Professional ($49.99 per user): Everything in Basic, plus device monitoring and management, device backup, patch management, next-gen antivirus, ransomware detection, and endpoint detection and response.
  • Enterprise ($59.99 per user): Everything in Professional, plus 24/7 managed detection and response.

Other costs are where many Los Angeles businesses get caught off guard, so we keep ours simple:

  • No setup costs: We charge no onboarding or setup fees.
  • No lock-in: Every plan is month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
  • No surprise invoices: What we quote is what you pay, and if an issue isn’t solved, it isn’t billed.

If you want to test the fit before committing, we offer a free trial, and we’ll build a package around what your business actually needs.

We built MITSLA around the complaints business owners most often have about their MSP: slow responses, confusing invoices, long contracts, and being locked out of their own systems. Each of those problems has a specific answer in how we work.

  • You can leave anytime: Every plan is month to month with no long-term contract. We have to earn your business every month, which keeps us accountable in a way a three-year agreement never will.
  • You only pay for results: Our policy is fixed or no bill. If we don’t solve the issue, you aren’t charged for it, and there are no vague invoices or padded hours.
  • Your price doesn’t move: What we quote is what you pay, and we charge no onboarding or setup fees.
  • You own your environment: You get complete admin access and full documentation of all your technology. If you ever move on, you take everything with you, with nothing held hostage.
  • You get real support: You talk to people who respond quickly and show up, instead of waiting on a ticket queue.
  • We prevent problems: Proactive monitoring, patching, and built-in cybersecurity catch issues before they interrupt your team, so we aren’t just reacting when something breaks.

We also start differently. Before changing anything, we audit your current setup to find what’s broken, bloated, or slowing you down. Then we build a plan around your business goals, deploy and integrate it, and keep improving it as you grow. Many MSPs disappear after onboarding, and we stay involved.

If your last provider left you skeptical, you don’t have to take our word for it. We offer a free trial, so you can see how we work before you commit to anything.

Yes. MITSLA supports businesses across Los Angeles and throughout California, and most of what we do works for any location because it’s delivered remotely.

Our plans are priced per user, not per office. Each person gets the same protection and support whether they work in Los Angeles, at a branch office, or from home. That includes:

  • Monitoring and maintenance: Device monitoring, patch management, and backups all run remotely, so every location is covered around the clock.
  • Cybersecurity: Email security, endpoint protection, and threat detection follow the user and the device, wherever they are.
  • Cloud systems: We manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace centrally, so every office works from the same secure setup.
  • Phones: Our VoIP systems connect remote, hybrid, and on-site teams on one phone system.
  • Remote support: Most issues are resolved remotely, so a branch office gets help as quickly as your LA headquarters.

For work that needs someone on site, we cover Los Angeles and the surrounding area, including Burbank, Pasadena, Culver City, and Santa Clarita, as well as locations across California.

Multiple locations also make consistency more important. We start with an audit of every site, then standardize your systems, security, and documentation so each office runs the same way. You get one IT partner, one predictable monthly bill, and full admin access and documentation for every location.

Tell us where your offices are, and we’ll map out how we’d support each one before you commit to anything.

No. Onsite support costs the same as remote support at MITSLA: $150 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments. There’s no premium for sending someone to your office.

That hourly rate is separate from your monthly plan, so it helps to know what each one covers:

  • Your monthly plan: The per-user fee covers the tools and protection that run in the background, such as monitoring, patching, backups, and cybersecurity.
  • Hands-on support: When a technician works on an issue for you, onsite or remote, that time is billed at the hourly rate.

A few things keep those support costs fair and predictable:

  • 15-minute billing: A quick fix is billed as a quick fix. You aren’t charged a full hour for ten minutes of work.
  • Fixed or no bill: If we don’t solve the issue, you aren’t charged for it.
  • No surprises: What we quote is what you pay, with no vague invoices or padded hours.
  • No setup costs: We charge no onboarding or setup fees.

Most issues never need a visit. Our monitoring and patching catch many problems before your team notices them, and we resolve most of the rest remotely, which is usually the fastest route. We come onsite when the work calls for it, such as hardware problems, network and cabling work, new office setups, or anything that needs hands on the equipment.

Because onsite and remote cost the same, we choose whichever gets you back to work sooner.

If you’d like an estimate of what support might cost for your office, tell us about your team and setup, and we’ll give you a clear picture before you commit.

The right plan depends on how much protection your devices need. Basic covers email security, cloud backup, and user training. Professional, our most popular plan, adds device monitoring, patching, antivirus, and endpoint protection. Enterprise adds 24/7 managed detection and response. We’ll audit your setup first and recommend the best fit.

Onboarding is quick. After a full audit of your systems, we typically have security tools, documentation, and continuous monitoring in place within 24 to 48 hours. From there, our goal is to eliminate IT downtime within your first 30 days.

The process follows four steps:

  1. Audit and assessment: We review your current technology to find risks, inefficiencies, and security gaps, along with anything that’s broken, bloated, or slowing your team down.
  2. Custom plan: We design a managed services plan around your business goals, with the tools, automations, and support that fit how your team works.
  3. Setup and integration: We deploy your security tools and monitoring, integrate them with the systems you already use, and document your entire environment.
  4. Monitor, optimize, and scale: Once you’re live, we keep tracking and improving your systems as your business grows.

A few things make the switch easier:

  • No onboarding fees: We charge nothing for setup, and every plan is month to month.
  • No downtime: Our structured onboarding moves your data, systems, and cloud services over without interrupting your team.
  • A dedicated contact: From day one, you have a point of contact who knows your environment inside and out.
  • Full documentation: You get complete admin access and documentation of all your technology.
  • Fast support from the start: Our average response time is under 30 minutes, and all support is handled in-house.

Onboarding stays simple after you’re set up, too. When you hire someone new, zero-touch onboarding gets them secure devices and access right away.

If you’re switching from another provider, tell us what’s gone wrong so far, and we’ll make those issues the first things we fix.

We protect your business with layered cybersecurity that’s built into every plan at no extra cost. Our approach is to stop threats before they reach your team and to make sure you can recover quickly if something gets through.

That protection covers four areas:

  • Email: Advanced email security blocks phishing, ransomware, and account takeover attempts before they reach an inbox.
  • Your people: Security awareness training and phishing simulations teach your staff to spot attacks. Dark web monitoring alerts us if their credentials are exposed, and a password manager keeps logins secure.
  • Devices: Next-gen antivirus, ransomware detection, endpoint detection and response, and patch management keep every computer protected and up to date.
  • Cloud accounts: Cloud detection and response watches your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace accounts for suspicious activity.

For recovery, we back up your cloud data and devices and build disaster recovery plans, so an attack doesn’t stop your business.

Device protection starts with our Professional plan. Our Enterprise plan adds 24/7 managed detection and response, which watches for threats around the clock.

We’ll audit your current security first and show you where the gaps are.
